Main Responsibilities:
- Complaints and repair assessment
- Administration and documentation of all service receipts
- Spare parts ordering and dispatch
- Customer advice
- Preparation of goodwill offers
- Preparation of invoices and credit notes
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Ideally first experience in complaints processing
- Friendly and professional demeanour in dealing with customers
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office
