Main Responsibilities:

  • Complaints and repair assessment
  • Administration and documentation of all service receipts
  • Spare parts ordering and dispatch
  • Customer advice
  • Preparation of goodwill offers
  • Preparation of invoices and credit notes

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Ideally first experience in complaints processing
  • Friendly and professional demeanour in dealing with customers
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office
