REFA Specialist/REFA Technician (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Economical and ergonomic design and optimization of work and production processes
• Determining and monitoring the performance level
• Recognition and measurement of production costs
• Creation of work plans in the ERP system
• Conducting time studies at home and abroad
• Co-design and planning of new production systems 
• Maintenance of master data for incentive compensation

Your Profile:

• Completed REFA training and several years of experience in work preparation, ideally in the shoe or textile industry 
• Occasional willingness to travel within our production sites in Europe (approx. 5 times per year) 
• Practical experience in time analysis 
• Knowledge of lean management and process optimization
• Strong understanding of processes, cost awareness and technical understanding
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
• Structured and independent way of working
