“30 years ago I went with my little boy, student, young man, often to Kohler Viola in Ittigen. There, we were usually served by the same saleswoman, who attracted attention with her special style: very pleasant handling, competent technical advice and extremely patient. Nothing annoys them, even if a customer is not so easy-care. After 30 years, on 09.04.16 we happened to be in Ittigen, our former place of residence, and went to Kohler-Viola. What a great pleasure! It served us the same saleswoman as many years ago. The service was as ever: extremely friendly, patient, with great expertise! That was a nice experience! One can only wish that this saleswoman (elderly lady) the company ”Kohler Viola" will be preserved for a long time! 04/11/2016"
