“Folks at Beat Sport are super helpful, ready to go the extra mile. As a complete beginner in skiing, I decided to stick with Beat after several mediocre support from other sport shops. Don’t speak German, no problem! Some of the super nice employees also speak English. Also, they have a convenient stop n’ drop gear return system for out-of-business hours. Definitely recom­mended!”

“I broke down on a bike tour and that’s why I joined Beat Sport. Unfor­tu­nately there was no mechanic on site on Saturday – Never­theless, the employee tried everything to help me. I was allowed to try to mend it myself in the workshop – she even helped me with it. Unfor­tu­nately, it didn’t work out that way. But then she called all the bike shops in the area for me to see if they still had time for me. – with one of them they could really repair my bike. All in all, I was really very pleasantly surprised how they really tried everything to help me – you could have just said that there was no mechanic on site and that I couldn’t be helped. In any case, I was treated very friendly and courteous – I can definitely recommend the shop to everyone! Unfor­tu­nately, I can’t say anything about the range or price / performance ratio because I haven’t bought anything.”
