“We live – offi­cially ordained – in times of the all-consuming galactic plague of death. Unfor­tu­nately, our entre­preneurs have to give up. Me as a customer too: On the one hand, the heroic Sport 2000 in Atzgersdorf sees that it is ejected as ”open" in the search engine, on the other hand, there and on the website there is nowhere even a slight note that it is open but not open again. I was stranded in front of the shop in the late afternoon this afternoon, in the display of which it was written in large letters “We are open”, but the small print on the door: You have to call a mobile number so that contactless customer contact can take place. Well – number dialed and the friendly owner informs me that unfor­tu­nately he is on delivery and you have to register. Everything is under­standable – but in the age of IT and social media this could already be commu­nicated there. Also on the general homepage, from Sport 2000 – someone would have to write a few lines of program where which retailer is open and under what conditions, which could also be quickly adapted depending on the govern­ment’s brainwave. I know the business is run in a friendly and competent manner, unfor­tu­nately today it was a service belly. Update: Meanwhile the second and third visit, one time replacing very unruly hose, then with a slightly bigger thing behind me: the gearshift of a shopping bike could no longer be shifted. Mr. Holec did it very fairly, quickly and very well. The acceptance / issue with the unfor­tunate Corona requirements is handled profes­sionally and customer-oriented. Top. No question!"
