“In this small but well-stocked retail shop for shoes and fashion, I bought my first high-quality hiking shoes on our vacation. Unfor­tu­nately, a production defi­ciency only became apparent at home. Ms. Henkel handled the complaint very reliably and in a friendly manner and demon­strated the quality of service and advice from a “real” retailer right up to the end! Excellent! What I also remember very positively is the play area for the children and the high-quality, fash­ionable indi­vidual items in the clothing range. Well worth a visit!”
