We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Demand & Supply Planner to support our rapidly growing sourcing network in Asia and lead the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring demand, inventory, and production align seamlessly to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll do:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to create accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes to optimize stock levels and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and analyze demand/supply alignment, using data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and optimize demand and supply plans tight back to market needs and financial targets.
- Plan and coordinate inventory, production capacity, and deliveries to meet market requirements.
- Global Forecast Coordination: Consolidate forecasts, manage cycles, and enhance tools/processes in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
- Supply Planning: Derive net requirements, create & manage purchase orders, and prioritize production in coordination with manufacturing partner.
- Analyze market and supply chain data and translate insights into actionable improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Improve planning processes and engage in cross-functional collaboration to strengthen end-to-end performance.
- Order Book Management: Ensure order book guidelines on flow and adherence to rules are followed, coordinate reviews, and maintain transparency on open orders.
- Reporting & Transparency: Deliver regular reports on inventory, backlog, and cancellations; develop weekly tracking dashboards. Provide KPI updates as input to S&OP and S&OE cycles.
- Lead specific improvement projects (incl. subject matter expertise for large-scale IT implementations and new planning software).
Your Profile:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP (ideally in consumer goods/footwear).
- Strong analytical & reporting skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Structured, pragmatic approach to process improvement and planning.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to facilitate cross-functionally and manage complexity.
