Going on an expedition together as professional athletes - Ines and Luka explain how this can work in the next episode of "Mountain Moments by LOWA". The two mountaineers have already completed numerous tours together. In an interview with Andi Christl, the two reveal what ultimately matters on the mountain and how they work together.

    When Ines Papert swapped her home in Saxony for Berchtesgaden in Bavaria in 1993 after training as a physiotherapist, she quickly realised that her new surroundings had much more to offer than winter skiing fun. She quickly discovered a passion for the mountains and, above all, ice climbing. She started her professional career by winning the Ice Climbing World Cup in 2001 and went on to become a four-time world champion in the following years.

When he started climbing, he knew that he wanted to pursue it with ambition. From the very beginning, he trained meticulously and systematically, gaining speed and efficiency. This allowed him to build a solid foundation to take on some of the toughest walls on the planet.
