Your responsibilities: 

• Support the operational management of the webshop, marketplaces, and pure players
• Customer service via phone and email
• Tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch of goods
• Content management and maintenance
  
  

Your profile: 

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or customer service
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented work
• Good English and MS Office skills
• Reliable and structured way of working
