DEPARTMENT:

as team leader of our resoling workshop

YOUR TASKS:

• Coordination and optimisation of all processes in our resoling workshop
• Work allocation and planning
• Assessing and processing complaints and repair orders
• Ordering materials
• Carrying out repairs and resoles
• Personnel management (6 employees)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a shoemaker, shoemaker or orthopaedic shoemaker
• Several years of professional experience
• Social skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent and reliable way of working
