Sustainability Manager / Project Manager Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (m/f/d)

We are looking for you!

YOUR TASKS:

Proactive implementation and further development of our sustainability strategy
Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as service providers and suppliers for the implementation of sustainability measures
Processing enquiries on ESG topics and supporting sustainability communication
Implementing measures relating to legislation as part of the EU Green Deal and to ensure human rights and environmental due diligence obligations
Supporting the creation of a climate strategy in accordance with the SBTi Net-Zero standard and the preparation of life cycle analyses
Coordinating and analysing data for sustainability reporting
Development and implementation of training courses

YOUR PROFILE:

degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in sustainability management/CR, environmental, economic or social sciences, or comparable training
Professional experience in the field of sustainability / corporate responsibility in a manufacturing company, ideally in the textile or footwear industry
Knowledge and ideally experience in project management
Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, Italian and Slovakian an advantage
High motivation for the implementation of sustainability in the company and at product level
Willingness to travel to our European production sites
Structured way of working, personal responsibility and independence
Ideally experience in sustainability reporting according to internationally recognised standards, in particular GRI and supply chain due diligence obligations (CSDDD, LkSG, Fair Wear)
