Paznaun High Mountain Trail - Stage 8: The Kieler Trail and the Riffler Trail

From the Niederelbe Hütte, this stage leads down into the valley along the charmingly designed "Kieler Weg". After the Kappl ski area, the ascent to the Schmalzgrubenscharte at an altitude of 2,697 metres begins. From there, the Rifflerweg trail continues to the idyllic Schmalzgruben lakes before finally descending to the Edmund Graf Hut.
