A moderate tour for speed hiking. You will cover around 230 metres in altitude. Firstly, you hike along the River Wörnitz through the Ried to Wörnitzstein. The highlight of the stage comes at the very end: Harburg Castle - one of the best-preserved and largest Staufer castles north of the Alps.
