Description

This is the right companion for serious mountaineers who have to get down to real business! This proven mountaineering boot is ideal for tough, combination Western alpine routes with mixed terrain and for expeditions into the 6,000-meter zone. The removable inner boot of quick-drying Drylex materials and 200 gm Primaloft® insulation keeps your feet warm and dry and fits perfectly. Completely new is the gaiter construction with GORE-TEX that offers in part an innovative ceramic coating.

COMFORT FOR THE COLD SEASON

PrimaLoft® insulation is a synthetic, water-repellent insulating fibre. The outstanding thermal performance with low weight and excellent compressibility is achieved by a particularly thin polyester fibre.
These ultra-fine polyester microfibres are bonded together at millions of contact points under the influence of heat. This creates a tightly interwoven tangle of fibres that imitates the structure and functionality of down by creating countless small air chambers.
Body heat is stored in them, while cold air from outside is effectively kept out.
