Into the Trek: Your destination. Your tour. Your pace.

Some trips happen on the spur of the moment. Others you plan over weeks or months – “I’ll do that one day”. September is often just the right time for it. Whether it’s a multi-day trek, a long-distance hike or a challenging mountain tour.

Perhaps you’re planning a backpacking trip lasting several days. Perhaps a long-distance walking route is on your list. Or a mountain hike that you’ve been waiting for the right moment to tackle. Perhaps that moment is now. Because every trek begins long before you take your first step. With an idea. A goal. And the decision to just go for it.

We’ve got the right shoes for you.

For your trekking adventure

    Trekking and multi-day tours

When you’ve got many kilometres ahead of you, a wide variety of surfaces and several stages to tackle, comfort, shock absorption and a design that still performs well even at the end of a long day are what count.

    Mountain walks in alpine terrain

As soon as the trail becomes steeper, rockier or more technical, the demands change too. This makes it all the more important that you choose a shoe that’s perfectly suited to your plans.

For long stages

When the destination becomes more alpine

  • Plan your trip realistically

The route, elevation gain and terrain should be appropriate to your level of experience. On a multi-day tour, it’s also important to consider how well the physical exertion can be spread out over several stages.

  • Get to know the shoes beforehand

Before setting off on a long run, new trainers should be broken in, tested and familiarised with over shorter distances. This allows you to check the fit, lacing and how they feel to run in before you get down to business.

  • Take the conditions into account

In autumn, the days get shorter and the weather becomes more changeable. It is therefore essential to take daylight, temperature and possible changes in the weather into account. Safety first!
