The meeting point for the Isartrail Runners is the Naturfreundehaus (Zentralländstraße 16, 81379 Munich). The meeting point is right next to the Thalkirchen underground station (U3). Car parking is available at Am Isarkanal or in Schäftlarnstraße.

WHO?

Our athlete Sandra Saitner will be there as a coach. She will be accompanying the Isartrail Runners as a running coach, bringing a variety of exercises (e.g. running ABC, stabilisation units etc.) to the running sessions and will be on hand to give you helpful tips on all aspects of running and trail running.

WHICH ROUTE DO WE RUN?

After taking a group photo together, we set off on the Isar trails at 18:30 and run a total of 10-12 kilometres at a moderate pace. The fun of running together is clearly in the foreground. Sandra makes sure that the pace is manageable for all trail runners. You can download the GPX track here.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

As it gets cooler and darker in the autumn/winter months, please make sure you wear warm functional clothing and bring a headlamp. Apart from that, you should be in a good mood and enjoy trail running and running in a group. You should also have a basic level of stamina so that 10-12 kilometres on the easy trails won't put you off and 10 kilometres can be completed in about an hour. Please only take part in the runs if you feel fit. *

*We take no responsibility, every trail runner is responsible for their own health and well-being.
