WHERE?

WHO?
Our athlete Sandra Saitner will be there as a coach. She will be accompanying the Isartrail Runners as a running coach, bringing a variety of exercises (mobility session, running ABC, stability training) to the running sessions and will be on hand to give you helpful tips on all aspects of running and trail running.
WHICH ROUTE DO WE RUN?
After a group photo, we set off towards the Isar trails and run a total of 10 - 12 kilometres at a moderate pace. The focus is clearly on having fun running together. Sandra makes sure that the pace is manageable for all trail runners. If required, we offer two pace groups. You can download the GPX track here.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
You should be in a good mood and enjoy trail running in a group. You should also have a basic level of stamina so that 10 - 12 kilometres on the easy trails won't put you off and can be completed in about an hour. Please only take part in the runs if you feel fit . *
In the autumn/winter months, we also ask you to wear warm functional clothing and bring a headlamp .
*We do not accept any responsibility - every trail runner is responsible for their own health and well-being.
