The Fair Wear Foundation is an independent organisation that works to improve working conditions in the textile and clothing industry. As a member, we are committed to complying with the strict labour standards of the Fair Wear Foundation and to work continuously to improve working conditions in our production facilities.

Measures for fair working conditions

Our measures include training for workers and management, the implementation of grievance mechanisms, cooperation with local trade unions and NGOs as well as regular audits and monitoring of working conditions.

Transparency is an essential part of our corporate philosophy. We regularly publish reports on our progress and challenges and work closely with our suppliers to ensure that working conditions are continuously improved.
