Our shoes are designed at the development stage to ensure that the seams on the various parts of the upper can withstand the demands placed on them. Of course, even with the greatest care, seams can break. Seams that have come undone or worn through can be easily repaired in our service workshop. Seam repairs are possible on shoes with leather or GORE-TEX linings. We use a special sewing technique to re-sew the upper material and lining together. The membrane is not damaged by this complex repair process.

As the material used in the sole becomes brittle over the years due to the normal ageing process and can lead to irreparable damage, we ask for your understanding that we no longer carry out repairs on shoes from the ALL TERRAIN CLASSIC and ALL TERRAIN SPORT categories (sturdy design) from a shoe age of 8 years.

HOW IT WORKS

Your first point of contact for all repairs under warranty is your LOWA dealer. With their expertise, they are best placed to judge what to do and whether your shoes should be sent in for repair or a complaint. If it is a complaint under warranty, take the shoe to the retailer or send it to the retailer if the shoe was purchased online or elsewhere. Please always enclose a copy of the proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem with the shoe. The retailer will then take care of the rest of the complaint process.

  1. PREPARATION
  
  Remove the insole and laces from the cleaned and dry shoe.
  
  2. PACKING
  
  Pack your shoe in a cardboard box. Enclose a short letter in the box in which you briefly explain to us which repair is to be carried out on your pair of shoes. Please don't forget to include your own address and telephone number.
  Would you like confirmation of receipt and dispatch of your return? Then add your e-mail address.
  
  3. SHIPPING
