The durability of products is a significant ecological advantage. This also applies to LOWA shoes, all of which are of high quality and robustness and can therefore be repaired.

If you have your shoes repaired, you are not only protecting resources and our environment, you are also doing something for your wallet. LOWA shoes are designed right from the development stage in such a way that a large number of repairs are possible. The age of the shoes is only of secondary importance; if the shoes have been well cared for, repairs are worthwhile even for older models.

"Only things that are worth it are worth repairing." We have been following this motto for almost 100 years and offer you a comprehensive service for your LOWA shoe. We carry out over 21,000 repairs a year. This includes very old but well-maintained collector's items as well as heavily used everyday shoes. Whether it's a new sole, a seam repair or simply the right laces - in the service workshop in Jetzendorf, a total of 18 employees put their heart and soul into making your shoe fit again. And if it has to be done quickly: We also offer new soles or heel replacements as an express service.
