Whether it's new insoles, a quick fastening system or new laces. You'll find everything you need for your favourite shoe in our online shop.

To order laces and quick fasteners, we need the exact model name or the 10-digit article number (see label in the shoe), the colour and the shoe size (in UK) of your shoes. For example, MAURIA GTX Ws in anthracite/petrol (220645 9776) in UK 6.

To order insoles, you need the shoe size of your shoes in the UK. You can choose the right insole yourself in our shop.

HOW IT WORKS

Your first point of contact for all repairs under warranty is your LOWA dealer. With their expertise, they are best placed to judge what to do and whether your shoes should be sent in for repair or a complaint. If it is a complaint under warranty, take the shoe to the retailer or send it to the retailer if the shoe was purchased online or elsewhere. Please always enclose a copy of the proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem with the shoe. The retailer will then take care of the rest of the complaint process.

      We offer the following repairs for our customers in Germany:

        Remove the insole and laces from the cleaned and dry shoe.

      • 2. PACKING

        Pack your shoe in a cardboard box. Enclose a short letter in the box in which you briefly explain to us which repair is to be carried out on your pair of shoes. Please don't forget to include your own address and telephone number.
        Would you like confirmation of receipt and dispatch of your return? Then add your e-mail address.
